The historic John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge crosses the Ohio river connecting Cincinnati with Northern Kentucky. The skyline of Cincinnati can be seen crossing from the Kentucky side of the bridge. The bridge opened in December of 1866 and was the longest suspension bridge at that time. The bridge got its name from the architect who designed it.
