Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Project Scope: Capture all areas of the stadium including common areas, field and seat views, concessions, club boxes, team merchandise store, structural details.
Project: The Motz Group Headquarters
Client: Conger Construction
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Project Scope: Motz is a global company specializing in synthetic turfs for playing fields and infills for landscaping. Goal for this project was to capture the natural materials and environmentally friendly design. Exterior views should incorporate the landscape comprising of indigenous plants of Ohio.

Project Scope: Making the transition from living at home to living on college campus is an exciting time for most students. Trinitas has built a reputation for making that transition even more exciting. Special attention to student needs such as study areas, recreation and safe living quarters stand out with exceptional design throughout all Trinitas projects.

Locations: Liberty Township, Ohio
Project Scope: Major update of clubhouse. Show spacious dining and bar area and how it is integrated with sitting areas and additional wine and bourbon bars. Pro Shop and activity rooms are included in this renovation.

Client: Dial
Location: Prairie Village, Kansas
Project Scope: Showcase the welcoming environment from exterior views to entry, common areas and into the bright spacious apartments. Special attention was given to both the community and private dining areas as Meadowbright puts an emphasis on the culinary experience. The amenities are always an important component in all of Dial projects therefore time is spent finding the right angles to illustrate community and a place to cultivate relationships.

Locations: Columbia, Indiana
Project Scope: The Columbia City High School project was about big spaces. Photographing the size of each space was challenging when limited to having the camera no higher than 6 ft from the ground. Fanning Howey likes to incorporate students in each space and that sometimes adds another challenge. I like to shoot all locations on an assignment with and without students so I cover myself incase the few number of students we have to work with get lost in the photograph.

Project Scope: Highlight the contemporary design with emphasis on dining and other common areas. Graphic floor patterns, soft color palette and modern furniture merge into a classic living space for seniors.

Project Scope: Student oriented apartment community, capture the stylish design of all amenities including study areas, game rooms, fitness center, swimming pool, beautiful entrance area and student apartments.

Project Scope: Atmosphere sits in the heart of activity all within walking distance to the campus of University of Wisconsin. Trinitas is known for their innovative design, creative interior design and fun environment for the college student. Client asked for a creative views to illustrate this unique student atmosphere.

Project Scope: Sentinel is real estate investment and management company. They manage properties globally and depend on high end photography to market their luxury apartments. Attention to detail is their top priority when assigning their projects. I have worked with this company for over 12 years covering their midwest properties.

Location: Coralville, Iowa
Project Scope: Stirlingshire Senior Living is an upscale senior community. The elegant design of this community is on display at first glance upon entry where a beautiful naturally lit and open community lounge welcomes you. Planning the photography for this space was challenging as there was so many design elements worthy of show casing it required multiple visits throughout the day to capture the right light for the angles I wanted.

Project Scope: Year round two story residence on Pickerel Lake in Northern Michigan. Show contemporary design in all living areas and exterior. Incorporate structure in beautiful forest with lake view from both inside and outside. Drone used for most exterior views.

Client: Sentinel Corporation

Project Scope: Sentinel is a real estate investment and management company. Sentinel manages properties globally and depend on high end photography to market their luxury apartments. Amenities are an important element to luxury apartment living, therefore a special focus is put on these details. Elevated views from drones allow vantage points to show the size of the property and special attention to outdoor amenities.

Client: Kolar Design
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Project Scope: Renovated office space in downtown high rise. Capture classic interior with wood paneling and large glass wall separating reception area and conference room with large window overlooking Cincinnati Skyline. Natural light was key design element to open up space.
Project: Grand on the Hill, Student Housing
Client: Trinitas
Location: Pullman, Washington, University of Washington
Project Scope: Grand on the Hill is a unique concept for student housing. The project consists of many townhomes, each divided into two apartments and each apartment consists of two, three or four bedroom units with shared common area and kitchen. Photography should illustrate unique design elements and show the layout of townhomes situated in a community minded environment.
Project: Tristar Career Technical School
Client: Fanning Howey
Location: Celina, Ohio
Project Scope: Tristar is made of nine schools in Mercer and Auglaize counties forming the Tristar Career Technical district. Assignment consisted of creating images that showcase each of the career labs from welding, automotive technology, construction, I.T. cybersecurity, med tech, agricultural industrial technology and others.

Project Scope: Ruth's Chris Steak House is part of a Cincinnati Riverfront development project. The photography was to showcase upscale dining in an intimate setting. Attention was given to the stylish furnishings surrounded by ornate fixtures and art throughout the restaurant.

Project Scope: Michaelson Homes is a luxurious home builder with an emphasis on kitchens and baths. Every project involves a talented team of carpenters and cabinet makers. Photography focuses on the overall view of design with special attention to details in the custom built furniture and cabinets.
