The Gardens of Polaris is upscale apartment living with beautiful amenities and well kept grounds. Client needed a simple clean video showing an apartment unit. The project was comprised of a majority of still images which I created with this video.
Atmosphere at The University of Wisconsin is a unique student living project developed by Trinitas. This project required a lot of drone footage for exteriors. The client wanted views of the surrounding campus and distant city. There are patios at different levels and client wanted to show how these are situated throughout the building. Wind was an obstacle and finding the right moment to record at the upper elevations was a true test of patience. The amenities is what make Trinitas projects stand out, therefore showing these areas was important. There were challenges throughout the interiors as big windows over loaded the spaces with natural light. Finding the right angles with the right balance of light required several takes at different times of day made for compromises so both exterior views could be captured with the right amount of exposure to show the interior space.
